<p>This is a senior performance marketing role at a brand that actually cares about creative. A design-led, purpose-driven DTC business; profitable, scaling fast, and in the middle of a deliberate shift from product-first to brand-led growth, is hiring its first dedicated Head of Acquisition. Experience managing internal teams and external agencies, comfort with both commercial metrics (ROAS, CPA) and creative metrics, and a solid grasp of funnel and landing page thinking are all essential.
