Location: 3 days in London office, 2 days remote - flexible </p>

The Role
<p>The YouTube Content Manager leads end-to-end production across multiple YouTube productions simultaneously. From translating creative and strategic briefs into high-performing content, through to managing external production companies, agencies, freelancers and creator partners - with full budget ownership across all productions.</p>
<p>This is a YouTube-first role. Background is open - strategy, creative or production all considered - but hands-on YouTube expertise is non-negotiable.</p>
What You Will Be Doing
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end production, translating creative and strategic briefs into high-performing YouTube content
<li>Partner with internal stakeholders to define creative direction, production scope, budgets and timelines
<li>Oversee external production companies, agencies, freelancers and creative partners against editorial standards
<li>Ensure all productions are optimised for YouTube - platform best practices, audience behaviour and content performance
<li>Own end-to-end budget planning and cost management across multiple productions
<li>Apply YouTube-first editing principles including pacing, storytelling and format optimisation
<li>Partner with YouTubers and creators to develop authentic, audience-first content
</ul>
Who We Are Looking For
<ul>
<li>Deep, hands-on YouTube content expertise - this is non-negotiable
<li>Strong understanding of YouTube-first editorial principles - pacing, storytelling, format
<li>Proven experience managing end-to-end video production at scale
<li>Budget ownership experience across multiple simultaneous productions
<li>Understanding of preschool, kids and teen audiences on YouTube
<li>Experience partnering with YouTubers and creators a strong advantage
<li>Strategy, creative or production background all considered
