<p>One of the UK's most iconic hospitality brands is looking for a CRM Executive to join their busy marketing team and support campaign delivery across a portfolio of brands in multi-markets.</p>

<p>This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple international markets, focusing on high-quality email communications, enhancing the guest journey through targeted and automated campaigns, and supporting the growth of first-party data.</p>

<p>This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, perfect for someone early in their CRM career who wants exposure to a genuinely global, high-profile brand portfolio, working across busy, deadline-driven campaign cycles.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, primarily email, from briefing through to deployment
<li>Build, test and deploy campaign emails within the CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
<li>Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to interpret briefs and translate them into engaging CRM communications
<li>Write and adapt compelling, on-brand copy that drives engagement and conversion
<li>Manage a busy communications schedule, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
<li>Project manage campaign workflows to ensure smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders
<li>Produce regular campaign reporting, analysing performance and identifying key trends and optimisation opportunities
<li>Support the development and execution of automated email journeys to enhance the digital guest experience
<li>Contribute to initiatives aimed at growing and improving first-party data capture and utilisation

<p><strong>Skills & Experience Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g. Iterable, Dotdigital, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze, HubSpot or similar)
<li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging to different audiences
<li>Comfortable working with data, including campaign reporting and performance analysis
<li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
<li>Strong project management skills and ability to work at pace in a demanding environment
<li>Technically curious and quick to learn new systems and tools
<li>Minimum 1 year CRM / digital marketing experience
<li>Experience working across multiple markets desirable
