Job description

This is a genuinely exciting moment to join one of the world's most recognised hospitality groups. A globally celebrated restaurant portfolio, spanning fine dining, casual concepts, bars, and international destinations, is in the middle of a major digital transformation, and this role sits right at the heart of it. We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Website Content Executive to join the digital team on a fixed-term basis and help bring a brand-new website ecosystem to life.

This isn't a pure copywriting role, and it isn't just admin either, it sits squarely in the middle. You'll be auditing, consolidating, and migrating content across multiple brand websites as the group moves onto a new platform, working closely with a digital project manager, internal stakeholders, designers, photographers, and copywriters to make sure every site launches with the very best version of the brand on show.

The Role

Reporting into a Digital Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the content workstream across the re-platforming project. From day one, that means getting across everything that already exists, copy, imagery, video, documenting it in a content matrix, identifying the gaps, and coordinating with the right people to fill them. When CMS access opens up for each site, you'll be the person making sure content goes in accurately and on time. It's a broad, project-driven role that rewards people who are genuinely organised, switched on, and able to hold a lot of moving parts at once.

Key Responsibilities

Content Audit & Organisation

Audit existing content across multiple restaurant and brand websites — copy, imagery, video

Build and maintain a content matrix to track what exists, what needs creating, and what needs updating

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated content, and flag priorities with the project manager

Keep content inventories and migration tracking documents accurate and up to date

Content Creation & CMS Implementation

Populate the new CMS platform (WordPress) with approved content as each brand site goes live

Write and edit copy where required, working within each brand's tone of voice

Liaise with external copywriters and creative partners to brief and review new content

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all pages before go-live

Photography & Asset Management

Coordinate photography and visual assets across multiple brands and restaurant sites

Manage image organisation, naming conventions, resizing, and approvals

Upload and implement imagery across the new platform, maintaining visual quality throughout

Support stakeholder sign-off processes for photography and visual content

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with internal teams — marketing, operations, design — to gather content, approvals, and updates

Liaise with external agency partners on platform build, content requirements, and timelines

Flag blockers early and keep the project manager informed of progress across all brands

About You

You don't need to be a seasoned content strategist, but you do need to be genuinely organised, confident managing competing priorities, and comfortable working with ambiguity as the project evolves. If you've been involved in a website migration before, even better, but what matters most is that you understand how content works in a CMS environment, you've got a strong eye for detail, and you're the kind of person who keeps things moving rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

Experience in a website content, digital content, or CMS-focused role

Comfortable working in WordPress or a comparable CMS platform

Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail

A solid understanding of how content is structured for digital — headings, metadata, image specs, and so on

Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, agencies, or creative partners

Highly organised with the ability to track progress across a large volume of content simultaneously

A background in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands is a bonus but not essential

Location & Workplace Policy

Central London

4 days office

Salary & Benefits

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

20 days holiday, pension, private medical, 50% discounts and generous F&F discounts, lunch provided in office locations
