<p><strong>Freelance Senior Account Manager</strong><br>
<strong>£350 per day | Outside IR35 | 2-3 months |<br>
London (Mon & Wed in office) </strong><br>

<p><strong>The Company</strong></p>
<p>An independent design studio working across retail fit-out, workspace & industrial design.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Covering a gap while a permanent hire is found. You'll be stepping into an established client services function, managing accounts end-to-end & working closely with a senior creative counterpart.</p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing multiple projects from brief to completion - on time, in scope, on budget
<li>Acting as primary day-to-day client contact across a portfolio of accounts
<li>Working with creative teams to develop commercially viable approaches to briefs
<li>Writing proposals & managing change orders
<li>Financial oversight of assigned accounts - tracking spend, flagging scope creep, ensuring accurate invoicing
<li>Reporting to the Growth Director on revenue, pipeline & project health
<li>Supporting new business presentations alongside senior creative leads
<li>Mentoring junior team members

<p><strong>What they're looking for:</strong></p>

<li>Background in product or industrial design environments - this is niche work & you'll need to hit the ground running
<li>Strong financial acumen & commercial instincts
<li>Comfortable managing creative relationships & working collaboratively with designers
<li>Detail-oriented, solution-focused & proactive
<li>Experience with proposals, contracts & resource management
