<p>A well-known, values-led charity with a global reach is looking for an experienced Studio & Traffic Manager to join their Creative Communications team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The organisation manages a high-volume, multi-channel creative pipeline spanning design, digital, video, photography & print - & they need someone to come in, own the workflow, & make it run smoothly.</p>
<p><strong>The role</strong></p>
<p>You'll be the operational backbone of a busy in-house creative studio - managing incoming briefs, prioritising the workload, forecasting capacity, & keeping production moving at pace. This is an autonomous role; you'll be trusted to get on with it.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Resource planning across a high-volume creative studio
<li>Prioritising & scheduling workflow across multiple concurrent projects
<li>Capacity forecasting & flagging potential bottlenecks early
<li>Identifying & implementing process improvements
<li>Building & maintaining reporting dashboards to track studio output
</ul>
<p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a studio management, traffic management, or creative operations role
<li>Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders & competing priorities with confidence
<li>Strong grasp of in-house creative production processes (design, digital, video, print)
<li>Analytical - able to build clear dashboards & translate data into decisions
<li>Autonomous & structured - this role requires someone who can hit the ground running
