Social Videographer & Editor

<p>A fast-growing supplements D2C brand building out its in-house creative function.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-performing video content across paid and organic social. You’ll own shooting and editing, helping elevate creative output while bringing fresh ideas and techniques into the brand.</p> <h3><br> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Shoot and edit video content for paid social (Meta) and organic channels <li>Create high-performing UGC-style and product-focused content <li>Bring new creative ideas, effects and techniques into video production <li>Work closely with the Creative Strategist on performance-driven content <li>Support the development of an in-house creative function <li>Continuously test, iterate and improve creative output </ul> <h3><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in videography within a D2C or performance-led environment <li>Strong understanding of Meta ad creatives <li>Confident shooting and editing content end-to-end <li>Experience with UGC-style content and social-first formats <li>Good eye for product-focused content and storytelling <li>Comfortable working at pace and testing new ideas <li>Background in brands such as D2C, social-first or performance agencies is a plus </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li>up £40k <li>Fast-growing, performance-driven environment <li>Exposure to both paid and organic social strategy <li>Collaborative and hands-on team </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Location:</strong> London ( 4 days in office)</p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <strong>laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</strong>.
