<p>Major Players are partnering with an established experiential marketing agency to hire a Senior Account Executive into their client services team. With offices headquartered in London and operating worldwide, this agency works with some of the world's most exciting global brands to create culture-led experiences that resonate with youth audiences and drive real results. </p>
<p>As a Senior Account Executive, you will work at the heart of one of the client services teams, supporting the Account Manager in end-to end delivery of campaigns to deliver excellent results and standards. </p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities: </strong></p>
<p>Account Support </p>
<ul>
<li>Support the management of projects on a day to day basis, ensuring excellence in delivery of all agency processes
<li>Make sure that all deadlines are met and issues are pre-empted
<li>Communicate all internal deadlines to your AM and ensure they are consistently met in order to run campaigns efficiently
<li>Support the AM in the delivery and accuracy of all client-facing documents relative to campaign/project — including contact reports and status reports — maintaining up to date filing on agency drives
<li>Contribute to and understand campaign KPIs in order to impact campaign performance and optimisations
<li>Participate in client meetings, ensuring any documents or reports are ready for the AM to present
<li>Identify and build positive relationships across the board, from clients to suppliers, SBAs and influencers
<li>Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and navigate through them efficiently
<li>Demonstrate an understanding of the client and competitor landscape and an ability to spot current relevant trends
</ul>
<p>Team and Line Management </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage, support and develop placement students, including setting short and long term objectives and conducting regular check-ins to support their development
<li>Write team appraisals and take the lead role in all appraisal meetings
<li>Lead by example and demonstrate outstanding role model behaviour in all aspects of your role
<li>Champion processes across the business and ensure compliance from the junior team
<li>Actively manage up and down to ensure campaign requirements are delivered on time and within budget
</ul>
<p>Agency Brand Building </p>
<ul>
<li>Become an expert in the agency's offering and the student marketing landscape
<li>Participate in new business initiatives and contribute to the overall culture of the agency
<li>Go above and beyond to support other areas of the business, including thought starters, brainstorms and new business pitches as required
<li>Be aware of the agency's need for new business and support the AM in communicating any opportunities to line management
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills required: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The ability to analyse and pull trends from data to support campaign optimisation and hit team KPIs
<li>A passion for and ambition to succeed in marketing
<li>An understanding of the cross-channel marketing mix
<li>Event management experience
<li>Previous experience managing clients and suppliers, with best-in-class account handling, project management and relationship building
<li>Excellent written and presentation skills
<li>Interest in managing budgets and ensuring profitability
<li>Boundless enthusiasm and a self-starter attitude with the ability to make things happen
</ul>
<p><strong>Hours</strong>: Full time </p>
<p><strong>Salary: </strong>Up to £36,000, dependent on experience </p>
<p><strong>Office Location:</strong> East Central London </p>
<p><strong>Office requirements:</strong> 3 days per week in the office (Tues, Wed and Thurs) </p>
