<p>A renowned not-for-profit cultural institution entering an exciting new chapter is looking for a Head of Creative</p>
<p>This is a rare opportunity to define and elevate creative output across a historic, purpose-led organisation — shaping how it shows up across campaigns, content, digital, events and publishing.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>- Lead and define the creative vision across all channels </p>
<p>- Oversee campaigns, content, digital, events and editorial output </p>
<p>- Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary creative team </p>
<p>- Ensure consistently high standards of creative excellence </p>
<p>- Translate strategy into compelling, audience-focused creative </p>
<p>- Develop ideas that engage and grow diverse audiences</p>

<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>- Strong experience in creative leadership and design direction </p>
<p>- Proven ability to translate strategy into high-quality creative work </p>
<p>- Deep understanding of culture, media and audience behaviour </p>
<p>- Experience leading and developing creative teams </p>
<p>- Ability to connect brand, storytelling and cultural relevance</p>

<p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p>

<p>- £65-70k (DOE) </p>
<p>- 30 days holiday + bank holidays </p>
