<p>I am currently partnering with a purpose-led, design-driven consumer brand at an exciting inflection point in its growth journey. Founded by a highly regarded creative, the business has built a loyal following through its distinctive aesthetic, emotional storytelling and a deeply held sense of mission. </p> <p>They are now looking for a Head of Brand & Content to join the senior leadership team and take full ownership of how the brand is built, expressed and scaled. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a business with real heart, strong creative foundations, and bold commercial ambitions. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The Mission </strong></p> <p>As Head of Brand & Content, you will report directly to the Growth Director and work in close partnership with the Founder & Creative Director and CEO. Your mandate is to translate founder-led creative energy into a coherent, scalable brand and content function, one that drives awareness, deepens emotional connection, and supports the business as it scales towards a significant revenue milestone. </p> <p>This is not a role for someone looking to manage campaigns. It is a role for someone who wants to build the system, raise the bar, and help shape what a modern design-led consumer brand looks like at scale. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities </strong></p> <p>Brand Strategy & Direction </p> <ul> <li> <p>Own and evolve the brand platform, working closely with the Founder to translate creative vision into clear strategic direction </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Strengthen positioning, distinctiveness and long-term brand equity across every major customer touchpoint </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Bring a strong point of view on where the brand should go, how it should evolve, and where it can become more culturally relevant </p> </ul> <p>Brand Content </p> <ul> <li> <p>Define the content strategy and system that fuels every major channel — from campaign assets and editorial to video, email creative and retail materials </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Move the business from reactive, one-off output to a more intentional, scalable content engine </p> </ul> <p>Brand Marketing & Organic Social </p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and develop the Brand Marketing Manager to shape strategy and delivery across campaigns, launches, PR, partnerships and collaborations </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and develop the Social & Influencer Manager, setting the creative bar and defining the role social plays within the wider brand system </p> </ul> <p>Creative Production </p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead Senior Creative & Production Managers, defining the standards, workflows and production rhythm needed to support a scaling brand </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Provide direction and challenge on how creative work is planned, prioritised and brought to life across shoots, film and always-on content </p> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who We Are Looking For </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>An experienced brand and content leader with 6+ years in Brand, Content, Creative Strategy or Brand Marketing, ideally within a consumer business where design, story and aesthetic genuinely matter </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Someone who can take a founder's vision and turn it into a strategy a team can execute, thinking in years, not weeks, and seeing brand and growth as one machine </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>A strong creative operator with the judgment to write a sharp brief, give useful feedback, and think in systems and series rather than one-off assets </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>A people-led leader who builds teams and followership — someone whose bar is high, whose feedback is useful, and who makes the people around them better </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Commercially grounded, with the ability to connect brand thinking to channel execution, conversion and growth </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in DTC, design-led or premium consumer brands is a strong advantage, as is UK and US market exposure </p> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location & Workplace Policy </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>North London </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>2 days office </p> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits </strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>£80,000 - £100,000 per annum (potential flex for the right candidate) plus performance bonus </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>24 days holiday, pension, health insurance, work from anywhere policy, enhanced parental leave,  </p> </ul> <ul> <li> <p>L&D budget, £500 to spend on products, generous F&F discounts </p> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you would like a confidential chat about this role or your next career move, then please send your CV to <a href="mailto:jodie.clayton@majorplayers.co.uk" target="_blank">jodie.clayton@majorplayers.co.uk</a> or connect via LinkedIn: <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/jodieclayton/" target="_blank">Jodie Clayton</a> </p> <p>Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
