This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded ecommerce specialist to take ownership of multi-channel digital trading.<br>

Operating across both direct-to-consumer and key marketplace channels, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, improving performance efficiency, and optimising the full customer journey. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can confidently balance trading, marketing performance, and operational delivery.<br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end ecommerce trading strategy across DTC and marketplace channels
<li>Manage pricing, promotions, and campaign activity to drive revenue and margin performance
<li>Optimise marketplace performance (including listings, stock flow, and profitability)
<li>Lead paid acquisition activity across channels such as Google, paid social, and retail media platforms
<li>Identify and implement CRO improvements to enhance on-site performance and customer journey
<li>Build and maintain trading calendars, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards
<li>Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver best-in-class campaign execution
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience managing ecommerce trading across DTC and/or marketplace environments
<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing channels including paid search and paid social
<li>Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
<li>Highly data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
<li>Comfortable managing agency relationships and driving performance outcomes
<li>Experience within consumer goods, retail, or high-growth brands is advantageous
</ul>
