<p><strong>Freelance EVP Strategist - Global Investment Firm</strong><br> <br> <strong>The Company</strong><br> I'm working with a consultancy that has partnered with a fast-growing quantitative investment firm operating at the cutting edge of their sector. They're entering a new strategic chapter - redefining their values, restructuring for scale & building a talent proposition to match their ambitions.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br> This is a high-impact freelance engagement for an experienced EVP specialist to lead the development of a full employer value proposition from the ground up. You'll be partnering with a senior strategist throughout & working directly with C-Suite stakeholders to shape how this organisation defines & presents itself to world-class talent.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead primary research & internal stakeholder engagement to surface insights <li>Codify new organisational values to reflect a new era for the business <li>Develop a compelling, differentiated EVP strategy <li>Feed into restructuring activity to align culture with growth ambitions <li>Supercharge the recruitment strategy with an EVP-led approach <li>Oversee creative development & production of EVP assets <li>Present & build credibility with senior leadership throughout </ul> <p><strong>What They're Looking For</strong></p> <p><em>Must-haves:</em></p> <ul> <li>Proven EVP strategy experience across organisations of varying size & complexity <li>Confident presenting to & influencing C-Suite stakeholders <li>Strong research & stakeholder engagement skills <li>Experience taking an EVP through to creative development & asset delivery </ul> <p><em>Nice-to-haves:</em></p> <ul> <li>Background in or exposure to investment, finance or professional services <li>Experience supporting organisational restructures </ul> <p><strong>Day Rate</strong><br> £450-550 per day (outside IR35)</p> <p><strong>Working Pattern</strong><br> Hybrid - 3 days in London studio per week (Thursday mandatory). Flexibility available for the right person.</p>
