Job description

There are very few organisations in the world that can genuinely claim to have created something that has never existed before. This one can. A globally recognised live entertainment experience, one that has been selling out a purpose-built London venue for several years and draws audiences from across the world, is looking for a Campaign Manager to join a lean, high-impact commercial marketing team and take ownership of integrated campaign activity across all channels.

This is not a role for someone who needs a busy product calendar or a constant stream of launches to feel motivated. The show is the product, and it is a singular, iconic experience. What that demands is a different kind of creativity, someone who can find the angle, build the narrative, and bring audiences in through seasonal campaigns, cultural moments, and beautifully executed marketing that makes people feel something. If you are an ideas-first campaign professional who loves the craft of building a campaign from brief to delivery, this is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity.

The Role

As Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Working closely with a small internal team and a roster of external agency partners, you will own campaigns end to end, from writing creative briefs through to execution, performance analysis and post-campaign evaluation. You will manage media planning and buying across TV, digital, social, out-of-home, print and radio, and oversee campaign-related PR and social media activity in partnership with specialist agencies.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution and post-campaign evaluation

Write clear, compelling creative briefs that inspire strong campaign ideas and effective agency output

Manage media planning and buying across multiple channels, working closely with agency partners to optimise spend and performance

Develop campaign activity in response to audience insight, cultural moments and real-time performance data

Manage PR activity in partnership with the PR agency, supporting press activity, launch plans and storytelling initiatives

Oversee campaign-related social media activity and collaborate with agency partners on content and content calendars

Define campaign KPIs, monitor performance across channels, and report on results with clear learnings for future activity

Manage campaign budgets responsibly and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders across all activity

About You

You will have solid campaign management experience, ideally gained in live entertainment, leisure, hospitality or a similarly experience-led sector, though backgrounds in agency account management or brand-side marketing from adjacent worlds will be considered. What matters most is that you are an ideas person as much as a delivery person: someone who can take a brief, bring genuine creative thinking, and execute with precision.

You will be confident working with external agencies across creative, media and PR, comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and at ease in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. An analytical streak is important, you should be able to read performance data and make smart decisions from it, but this is equally a role for someone with storytelling instincts and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging audiences.

Location & Workplace Policy

Central London

4 days office

Salary & Benefits

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus 10% annual bonus

25 days holiday, pension, healthcare cash plan, retail and staff discounts and complimentary tickets

If you would like a confidential chat about this role or your next career move, then please send your CV to jodie.clayton@majorplayers.co.uk or connect via LinkedIn: Jodie Clayton

Major Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
