Junior Event Producer

<p>Major Players are partnering with an award-winning live event and experience agency, to hire an Event Producer to lead and work on various briefs ranging from product launches to music festival activation, to touring experiences and installations, both nationally and abroad. <br /><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Own each event end-to-end, from initial concept through to flawless delivery, keeping timelines, budgets and resources firmly under control.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead on the production side of every project; think site and venue logistics, installs and the wider event infrastructure that brings it all together.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work hand-in-hand with the in-house creative team to shape event concepts that hit the client brief while staying realistic on production, time and cost.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Oversee external contractors through every stage of the build, from initial install right through to de-rig.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Get stuck into operational planning; ingress and egress, guest flow, accreditation, timed experiences and the like, helping shape how these run on site.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Communicate with clarity and confidence, briefing staff and directing external production crews across every discipline. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build and control production budgets that deliver strong value for money, then track spend and reconcile accounts once each event wraps. </li> </ul> <p> <br /> <strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong><strong> </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in an events or experiential agency essential, and a portfolio that backs it up.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Genuine passion for the events world and brings real enthusiasm to the work.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple things at once while managing time and communicating clearly.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Follows process closely, making sure everything is carried through to a high standard.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Has previously mentored or managed a junior team member. </li> </ul> <p> <br /> Hours: Full time <br /> Salary: £35-45,000, depending on experience  <br /> Office Location: Brixton, London <br /> Office requirements: 4 Days in the office (Wednesdays WFH) <br /><br />Major Players are the UK's leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we've consistently championed our people and communities.
