Manage relationships with a roster of creators, negotiating deliverables, usage rights, and turnaround timelines

Identify emerging creators, formats, and cultural moments worth testing ahead of the curve

Translate paid creative learnings into organic content strategy and vice versa, maximising output from every asset

Partner closely with the wider creative and performance team to brief, review, and iterate on creator content at pace

Track and report on UGC performance (hook rate, CTR, CVR, engagement) to continuously sharpen the creator strategy

Skills & Experience

Proven experience running UGC or creator programmes, ideally spanning both paid and organic use cases

Strong track record sourcing, briefing, and managing relationships with content creators at scale

Comfortable working with performance data to inform creative and creator decisions

Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand or agency environment

Excellent communication skills - confident negotiating with creators and briefing internal stakeholders alike

Personal Attributes

Genuinely plugged into culture, creators, and what makes content resonate

Highly organised, able to manage multiple creator relationships and deadlines simultaneously

Commercially minded, with an instinct for what drives performance as well as engagement

Motivated by purpose-led, mission-driven brands

Salary & Benefits

Genuine ownership of a growing, business-critical function

Direct exposure to both the creative and performance sides of the marketing engine

Join a mission-led brand at a high-growth stage
