<p><strong>AT A GLANCE</strong><br />Salary: £40-45K<br />Contract: 6 month FTC - likely to extend<br />Start: ASAP<br />Location: London venue & HQ offices <br />Hours: Full time - mix of evenings and weekends, flexible start times and days in lieu<br />Interview: 2 stages - video call, then in-person with short presentation (no formal task)</p>
<p><strong>THE COMPANY</strong><br />One of London's most extraordinary live entertainment experiences - a world-class show that has welcomed over 4 million visitors since opening. Sitting within the Marketing team, this role sits at the heart of how the show tells its story to the world across social media.</p>
<p>This is a rare opportunity to work on something genuinely iconic - a show unlike anything else in the world - and to have your content seen by audiences across the globe.</p>
<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><br />You will be creating fresh, high-quality video and photography content for social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Hands-on and venue-based, you will be at the Stratford arena regularly - capturing organic moments with audiences, building relationships with venue teams and finding the stories that bring the show to life on social.</p>
<p>You will also work closely with an external social media agency to oversee scheduling, community management and content delivery, and collaborate with the wider Marketing, PR and influencer teams to maximise the reach and return of every piece of content.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong><br />- Film and edit engaging video content showcasing audiences, the show experience, events, activations and merchandise<br />- Produce and edit across formats - short social edits, longer-form video, stills photography and digital campaign graphics<br />- Repurpose and maximise value from existing archive content<br />- Build relationships with venue teams and creative producers to find content stories<br />- Work with the social media agency on scheduling, monitoring and community management<br />- Collaborate with PR, influencer and media agencies to seed out and maximise content<br />- Track KPIs and report on social performance<br />- Stay across social trends and platform best practices</p>
<p><strong>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong><br />- Background in live events, live music or ticketed experiences - this is essential<br />- Strong video content creation and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates this<br />- Confident stills photographer<br />- Creative thinker who consistently brings new content ideas<br />- Experience working on a known brand with an understanding of brand guardianship<br />- Comfortable with a varied schedule including evenings and weekends<br />- Please note: no direct competitors - theatre show or ticketed event experience ideal</p>
