We’re partnering with a high-growth, independent media agency who are looking for a <strong>Client Manager</strong> to take ownership of media strategy and campaign delivery across key client accounts. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on activation - ideal for someone who enjoys shaping direction but also staying close to execution.<br>

You’ll play a key role in driving planning excellence, challenging briefs, and delivering impactful cross-channel campaigns, while building strong client relationships and contributing to wider agency growth.<br>
<br>
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Lead media planning strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple client accounts
<li>Translate client briefs into effective, insight-led media plans
<li>Manage campaign execution across channels, ensuring performance and optimisation
<li>Work closely with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in planning and performance
<li>Contribute to cross-channel planning, including audience strategy and targeting approaches
<li>Support ongoing development of planning frameworks, measurement approaches, and campaign effectiveness
</ul>

<strong>Skills & Experience</strong>
<ul>
<li>3+ years’ experience in media planning and buying (agency experience preferred)
<li>Strong understanding of cross-channel media planning, including reach, frequency, and budget allocation
<li>Experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimisation
<li>Familiarity with measurement frameworks such as MMM or econometrics
<li>Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
<li>Commercially minded, with an ability to balance performance and efficiency
<li>Interest in how media and creative work together to drive effectiveness
</ul>
