We're partnering with a brilliant social-first agency looking for a Social Creative to join them on one of their biggest accounts - a globally recognised food brand. You'll take full ownership of the brand's social presence across the German market.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end social activity for the German market on a major food account - from ideation and content creation through to scheduling, publishing and reporting</li> <li>Create thumb-stopping, trend-led content - comfortable filming, appearing on camera, and shooting on location</li> <li>Act as community manager: engaging audiences, replying to comments, and keeping the account culturally relevant in real time</li> <li>Pull performance data and translate it into insight that shapes what you make next</li> <li>Contribute to larger campaign ideation periodically, bringing an audience-first, culturally sharp perspective</li> <li>Operate autonomously as the sole social lead for this market, collaborating with the wider agency team</li> </ul> <p>Skills &amp; Experience</p> <ul> <li>Fluent German speaker (essential) with a deep understanding of German social trends and internet culture</li> <li>Proven experience in a social media management and/or content creation role - agency-side or in-house, ideally within retail, FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment</li> <li>A portfolio of trend-led social content you've conceptualised and created yourself</li> <li>Confident on camera and hands-on with filming, editing and publishing</li> <li>Comfortable with the full mix: creative ideation, scheduling tools, reporting and community management</li> </ul> <p>Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>A natural culture-spotter - you know what's bubbling on German TikTok and Instagram before it peaks</li> <li>Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership</li> <li>Equal parts creative and organised - happy switching between shooting content and pulling a report</li> <li>Personable and community-minded - you genuinely enjoy engaging with audiences</li> </ul> <p>Salary &amp; Benefits</p> <ul> <li>€52,700 pro rata</li> <li>Initial 6-month fixed-term contract with a strong view to move to a permanent position</li> <li>Immediate start - ideal if you're available now or on short notice</li> <li>The chance to own a major brand's social presence for an entire market, with the support of a top agency team around you</li> </ul> <p>Location &amp; Workplace Policy</p> <ul> <li>Based in Berlin</li> <li>Hybrid working</li> <li>Occasional travel to store locations for content shoots</li> </ul> <p><strong>Please apply via the link or share your CV &amp; portfolio to Ella.augustin@majorplayers.co.uk</strong></p> <p>Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 32 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
