<p><br /><strong>Freelance Senior Production Manager </strong><br /><br />London (hybrid) - 2 days in the office <br /> £400-£500 per day<br /> ASAP start<br /> Rolling monthly contract, temp-to-perm potential <br />We're working with a leading digital media business with a large portfolio of brands across lifestyle, culture &amp; tech. They're investing in video &amp; building a central production team to create new formats &amp; franchises across their brands, &amp; need an experienced Senior Production Manager to help lead the way. <br /><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading a small production team &amp; helping them develop</li> <li>Managing bids, costings &amp; budgets across multiple brand projects</li> <li>Working closely with directors &amp; creative leads to bring new formats to life</li> <li>Booking &amp; managing crew &amp; videographers</li> <li>Helping define best practice for how video is planned, costed &amp; produced across the business</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Production experience within publishing, editorial or media</li> <li>Solid people management experience</li> <li>Confidence working with directors &amp; running bids</li> <li>Strong organisation &amp; the ability to manage several projects at once</li> <li>TV experience &amp; a UK/US crew network are a big plus</li> </ul> <p><br /><strong>The details</strong></p> <ul> <li>£400-£500 per day</li> <li>Hybrid - in the London office 2 days a week, flexible when on shoot</li> <li>Starting ASAP on a one-month rolling basis, with temp-to-perm potential</li> </ul> <p><br /><br />Our freelance roles move quickly, so if you're interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit your credentials and availability as soon as possible.<br /><br />Major Players are the UK's leading marketing and creative talent agency, and over the last three decades we've consistently championed our people and communities.
