<p>Influencer Campaign Manager - Fully Remote (UK) - £35,000-£40,000 </p> <p> </p> <p>Are you an influencer marketing pro who thrives on pace and getting things done? We're partnering with a rapidly scaling influencer marketing agency that runs creator-led campaigns for global household names across beauty, tech, mobile apps and entertainment. They're entering an exciting new phase of growth and need a Campaign Manager who can hit the ground running and deliver brilliant campaigns end to end.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run influencer campaigns from start to finish - creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, content review and final delivery</li> <li>Manage a high volume of micro-influencer relationships (15+ creators at any one time), keeping conversations moving and content on track</li> <li>Use influencer discovery tools to identify the right creators for each brief</li> <li>Keep dashboards, trackers and stakeholders fully up to date so nothing slips through the cracks</li> <li>Spot delivery risks early and come to the table with solutions, not just problems</li> <li>Support campaign reporting and client updates alongside the account team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience delivering influencer marketing campaigns</li> <li>Experience driving commerce outcomes through creators (e.g. campaigns pushing sales to Amazon or similar)</li> <li>Confident sourcing and managing micro-influencers at volume, including gifting and seeding activity</li> <li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail - comfortable with project management systems and structured workflows</li> <li>A natural problem solver who's worked at pace in agency or fast-moving environments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactive and self-sufficient - you take ownership rather than waiting to be told</li> <li>Calm under pressure and energised (not flustered) when things need fixing quickly</li> <li>A clear, warm communicator with creators and clients alike</li> <li>Hungry to learn, grow and progress</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>£35,000-£40,000 base salary</li> <li>Performance-based commissions - rewarding organisation, client satisfaction and campaign margin</li> <li>Pension contribution</li> <li>Structured coaching, development and a clear progression path to senior level</li> <li>Standard Monday-Friday working week</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location &amp; Workplace Policy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fully remote role</li> <li>Open to candidates based anywhere in the UK</li> <li>Must have the right to work in the UK</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you would like a confidential chat about this role, please email me on maddy.worger@majorplayers.co.uk</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Major Players are the UK's leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 32 years we've consistently championed our people and communities.
