Senior Designer

<p>Fantastic new role for a Senior Designer – Brand & Retail to join a fast-growing premium skincare brand. This is a hands-on in-house role for a detail-driven designer to take ownership of retail and brand execution across all touchpoints, working closely with the Creative Director.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as brand guardian across POS, retail, packaging and campaign execution, ensuring consistency across print and digital <li>Lead design and artwork of retail VM and POS assets — gondola displays, posters, shelf talkers, lightboxes, window vinyls and in-store screens <li>Manage end-to-end retail creative process including brief interpretation, artwork setup, pre-press, printer liaison <li>Support photoshoot planning and delivery, from pre-production through to post <li>Adapt and roll out creative across digital channels — PDPs, email, paid social and campaign assets <li>Maintain brand toolkits, guidelines, asset libraries and version control <li>Manage multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment  </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–7+ years' experience in design or creative artworking,  in retail, beauty or premium consumer brands <li>Proven expertise in retail VM and POS design  <li>Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong Figma skills <li>Solid understanding of print production <li>Familiarity with AI creative tools a bonus (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway) <li>Calm, solutions-focused and highly organised with strong attention to detail </ul> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>£55-60k  <li>Pension <li>Product discounts and monthly product allowance <li>Dog-friendly office </ul> <p><strong>Location: West London, hybrid 3 days in office </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>.
