<p>Fantastic new role for a Senior Creative (retail experience design) to join a multi-award-winning retail experience design agency</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead creative development from initial concept through to detailed design on small and large-scale projects
<li>Build strong narratives and standout design directions that connect emotionally and commercially
<li>Interrogate briefs, identify key objectives and demonstrate a solid understanding of the consumer journey
<li>Represent the agency confidently in client meetings
<li>Line manage and support the development of junior team members
<li>Produce CAD drawing packs and relevant specification documents
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years' experience in a relevant agency or industry role
<li>Strong conceptual thinker with an individual creative style
<li>Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; proficient in 3D modelling and render programmes (SketchUp/V-Ray preferred)
<li>Experienced in reading and creating CAD drawing packs
<li>Commercially aware and culturally curious
<li>Collaborative, energetic and eco-conscious on materiality
</ul>
<p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>£65k+
<li>20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday + Christmas to New Year period (with additional loyalty days after 3 years)
