<p><strong>Project Coordinator - Events & Exhibitions | Freelance</strong></p> <p>A well-known, international events & exhibitions company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their in-house production team in London on a Freelance basis. Working with tech/pharma clients for some upcoming global events.<br> <br> This is a great opportunity for someone with solid agency-side events experience who wants to take real ownership of projects - from pitch & concept through to delivery & post-event reporting.<br>  </p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>You'll be embedded in a busy production department, working directly alongside producers & technical production managers across a varied slate of events & exhibitions across the EMEA region. Expect involvement in pitches, tenders, client meetings & live delivery - plus plenty of opportunity to progress fast if you've got the drive.</p> <p>Day-to-day you'll be supporting across:</p> <ul> <li>Tenders, pitches & live project coordination <li>Budget creation, cost monitoring & PO raising <li>Supplier sourcing, vetting & management <li>Scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes & post-event reporting <li>Cross-team communication across all levels - internal & external <li>Travel & logistics coordination where required </ul> <p><strong>What they're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-2 years' agency-side events experience in a similar coordinator or support role <li>Confident across both indoor & outdoor productions <li>Strong across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) <li>Highly organised, detail-obsessed & a natural communicator <li>A genuine passion for live events & a can-do attitude <li>Willingness to travel & work extended hours where projects demand it <li>Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential <li>Must have the right to work in the UK </ul> <p><strong>The detail</strong></p> <ul> <li>Freelance role (open to 4 or 5 days per week) <li>£250-£300 per day <li>London-based with onsite & overseas travel requirements <li>Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30 (with flexibility for live projects) </ul>
