Junior Brand Designer

<p>Fantastic new role for a Junior Brand Designer to join a professional services business serving the hospitality industry </p> <p>An in-house design role supporting visual communications across a growing portfolio of brands. You'll create impactful assets, build self-service tools for wider teams, and maintain brand consistency at pace.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Uphold brand guidelines and visual standards across a portfolio of brands <li>Design Word and PowerPoint materials including proposals and presentations <li>Produce on-brand marketing and sales collateral — brochures, flyers, one-pagers and PDFs <li>Build and maintain self-service templates and guidelines for non-design teams <li>Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce and product teams to deliver campaign assets and website updates <li>Manage version-controlled design asset libraries <li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–2 years' experience in graphic or brand design, ideally in-house <li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma <li>Confident across both digital and print design <li>Experience in videography (shoot and edit) a bonus <li>Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills for template creation <li>Familiar with AI design tools <li>Sharp eye for detail and able to work quickly without compromising quality </ul> <p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>£28-35k <li>Healthcare <li>Cycle to work Scheme  <li>Pension  </ul> <p><strong>Location: Bromley, 5 days in office </strong></p> <p>If this sounds like you, send your portfolio to <a href="mailto:laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk">laura.renaud@majorplayers.co.uk</a>.
