<p>Major Players are partnering with an established, purpose driven, digital agency who are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their growing client services team. This role sits within a specialist sector team focused on membership organisations, arts & culture. </p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value, long-term client relationships, acting as their strategic partner. This is an opportunity to work on complex digital transformation programmes including web platforms, apps, and integrated digital ecosystems. </p>
<p>Key responsibilities: </p>
<p>Client Relationship Management </p>
<ul>

<p>Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships based on trust and strategic value </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Act as a senior point of contact, confidently challenging client thinking and adding value beyond delivery </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Manage expectations and ensure a consistently high standard of client experience </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Act as an escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution </p>
</ul>
<p>Strategic Account Growth </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing accounts </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Contribute to account planning, forecasting, and revenue growth targets </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Support the development of Statements of Work, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and budgets </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Play an active role in pitches and proposal development </p>
</ul>
<p>Project & Delivery Oversight </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure projects are set up for success </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Understand client objectives and ensure the right internal expertise is brought into conversations </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain oversight of multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with wider strategic goals </p>
</ul>
<p>Sector & Client Understanding </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Develop a strong understanding of client sectors, including membership, visitor attractions, or purpose-led organisations </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Contribute to strategic discussions around digital transformation, audience engagement, and long-term planning </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Support ongoing client roadmap development, thinking beyond immediate deliverables </p>
</ul>
<p>Skills required: </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a digital agency working on end to end digital projects (essential) </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong background delivering digital transformation projects (e.g. website & apps build projects, microsites, CRM etc.) </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Comfortable operating at a strategic level, not just campaign or executional delivery </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Strong commercial awareness, including forecasting and account growth </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously </p>
</ul>
<p>Desirable: </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience working with membership organisations, cultural institutions, or purpose-led brands </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with long-term digital programmes and complex stakeholder environments </p>
</ul>
<p>Hours: Full time </p>
<p>Salary: £45-48,000, dependent on experience </p>
<p>Office Location: East London </p>
<p>Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office </p>
