<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>
<p>This is a pivotal hire at a defining moment for the brand. You'll take full ownership of product campaigns, from briefing the comms agency through to measuring effectiveness. Working cross-functionally with Innovation, CRM/Loyalty, Brand, and Ops, you'll ensure every campaign lands flawlessly across channels and restaurants. </p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<p><strong>Campaign Strategy & Execution </strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Deliver bold, high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and sales </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead end-to-end execution across LTOs, NPD, occasions, student moments, and tactical activations </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own campaign messaging for menu launches and commercial activations </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Brief and manage creative/content teams to deliver best-in-class assets </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ensure consistent execution across all channels: social, CRM, delivery, and POS </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Partner with Digital & CRM teams to deliver seamless omni-channel campaigns </p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Student & Youth Audience Growth </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Build and activate campaigns that genuinely resonate with student and youth audiences </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Drive frequency and loyalty through targeted, culturally relevant activations </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Leverage the right channels and partners to keep the brand front of mind </p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Commercial Partnerships </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own and grow third-party commercial partnerships to unlock new audiences and revenue </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maximise key partnerships (e.g. student and blue light discount platforms) across in-store and delivery </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Identify, evaluate, and onboard new commercial opportunities </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Act as the central point of contact for all partnership activity and internal alignment </p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Performance & Optimisation </strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Track and report campaign performance (weekly/monthly) with clear commercial insights </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead post-campaign reviews and embed learnings into future plans </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Continuously optimise the campaign calendar based on performance and trading </p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership & Planning </strong></p>

<p>Lead cross-functional working groups for campaigns </p>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns and key trading moments </p>
</ul>
<ul>

<p>Collaborate with global markets to share insights and best practices<br>

<p><strong>Competitor & Market Insight </strong></p>

<p>Monitor competitor activity across QSR and relevant categories </p>
</ul>

<p>Deliver monthly competitor updates and quarterly deep dives </p>

<p>Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities </p>

<p><strong>Salary & Benefits </strong></p>

<p>£50,000 - £55,000 plus annual bonus and options </p>
